Willie Nelson at Radio City Music Hall, 9/25/08
5 Points Records staff Troy Martin, Van Wilson and Janet Treadaway all went to see Willie Nelson at Radio City Music Hall on Thursday night. The show was mind-blowing (and not just because of the smell of pot wafting through the crowd). Willie played all the hits you would hope for, plus a very interesting and cool medley of old country classics, a couple of new songs and a really incredible Django Reinhardt tune that proved without a doubt that the 75-year-old man who recently had carpal tunnel surgery hasn’t lost one bit of his amazing guitar prowess.
