SPRINGFIELD, MA (WSHM) Residents across the state hit the polls on Primary Day to narrow down the Democratic and Republican candidates for numerous state and local offices, but election officials warned the Commonwealth could see a low voter turnout Tuesday.At the top of the ticket voters will find Democratic and Republican primaries for governor.The Republican ballot includes former Harvard Pilgrim Health Care executive Charlie Baker and tea party affiliated Mark Fisher.On the Democratic side, voters will choose between Attorney General Martha Coakley, state Treasurer Steven Grossman and former federal health care administrator Don Berwick for the party nomination.CBS 3 spoke with Coakley one on one August 27 and Grossman August 7.The Democratic primary ballot for governor will not include Deval Patrick name for the
